"Like others gave stated, It worked great for years, until now. Now all Temps are 103.5. When I tried to calibrate it, it says that my audio settings are not balanced, but they are. Now it's useless. I have a terminally ill child, so having an accurate reading is very important. Kinsa, I would like to be contacted to correct this problem."
